General Legal Principles (GGL)

  • GGL-001: Mushrooms as food - Any mushrooms are illegal to be consumed by MDU citizens.
  • GGL-002: Flag - The flag of the MDU is pastel pink, blue, pink in 3:2 ratio.
  • GGL-003: Language - The official language is American English.
  • GGL-004: Untouchable Presidency - The president cannot be removed except by stepping down voluntarily. If so, citizens with proof of IQ 110+ may vote for a new president.
  • GGL-005: Macronational Law Supremacy - Citizens must follow the laws of their macronation. The MDU is not responsible for violations. Serious breaches may result in permanent deportation.
  • GGL-006: Currency - The USD is the main unit of account. Other macronational currencies may be accepted, converted to USD value. All fees are paid by the sender.

Citizenship & Residency (CIR)

  • CIR-001: Passports - Citizens may apply for an MDU passport, valid for 3 years. Loss or theft must be reported within 3 days. Fees may apply for issuance or replacement.
  • CIR-002: Entry & Residency - Visitors require valid documents. Non-citizens may apply for temporary or permanent residency if financially stable and law-abiding.
  • CIR-003: Naturalization - Citizenship may be granted by birth, descent, marriage, or approval by the government.
  • CIR-004: Tourism - Tourists may visit if compliant with entry rules. Misconduct can lead to temporary or permanent bans.
  • CIR-005: Deportation - Serious breaches of law or failure to comply with obligations may result in deportation. Deportation may be avoided through voluntary fine payment or agreed community service.

Public Order & Conduct (POC)

  • POC-001: Theft & Fraud - Unlawful taking or deception is prohibited. Sanctions: ban or deportation, unless resolved by restitution, fine, or service.
  • POC-002: Harassment & Violence - Harassment, assault, or abuse are prohibited. Sanctions: ban or deportation, unless resolved by counseling, fine, or service.
  • POC-003: Vandalism & Property Damage - Damaging property is prohibited. Sanctions: restitution, ban, or deportation.
  • POC-004: Corruption & Abuse of Office - Bribery or misuse of office leads to removal, disqualification, and possible ban or deportation.
  • POC-005: Cyber Misconduct - Unauthorized access, data theft, or service disruption is prohibited. Sanctions: fine, ban, or deportation.
